We have been happy to work with Memphis Teacher Residency on a series of videos to help them recruit new teaching residents to their program.

• An animated video gives an overview of the residency to use for promo and recruiting purposes. Illustrations for this video were created by Allie Mounce of Pretty Useful.
• A series of “MTR Life” video lets prospective residents hear from current residents about different aspects of the program.
• And finally, teacher profile videos showcase the rewarding careers of previous residents who are now in the classroom full time.
