Created by Noah Glenn, and produced by Perpetual Motion, Like You is a podcast for kids that focuses on social-emotional learning by creating a calm and engaging listening experience where kids can learn about themselves, their feelings, and the world around them. It empowers children with simple mindfulness tools, using breathing, affirmations, music, and imagination to relieve anxiety, encourage self-esteem, and grow empathy, all while having fun!
The podcast launched in January 2020, and has since been featured by Apple Podcasts, Common Sense Media Picks, The School Library Journal, and Parenting Forward. It is a two-time Signal Award winner.
